After my recent trip to South Africa and attending the fantastic Be Activated course, I’m delighted to say the treatment is proving as effective as I expected it was going to.
To start with I read all I could about the technique, then bought a “flash drive” with the course on video – 10 hours!!!
BUT there is no substitute for “hands on. “
The technique is South African, devised by Capetonian physiotherapist Douglas Heel.
Douglas travels the world teaching, but I decided to do the course whilst in South Africa, with Carel Wildenboer who works alongside Douglas.
It was excellent and consolidated all my pre- course study.
I have used the technique on several people and have been delighted with the results – one lady has even been told she looks years younger, this is because the pain has gone out of her face and she is much more upright.
