Be Activated is for everybody. From top sportsmen and women to an elderly person who is having difficulty getting out of a chair. It increases recovery time after sports injury and can be very helpful in the treatment of long term chronic pain.
The technique looks at how your body functions – is it working it’s muscles in the correct sequence? If it’s not, which is most of us, the treatment “fires”up the “lazy” muscles and when done in the correct sequence, makes them work as they should.
This is instant and measurable. You can see immediately that it is working.
The body compensates when the muscles that should work first ie. prime movers, aren’t initiating movement. This reduces the body’s ability to be efficient and leads to injury, tiredness,strain and pain.
Once your body is starting movement correctly it can exercise, play sport or simply live more effectively.
As you learn to breath and function correctly you will also find that you feel more relaxed and less stressed.
