I visited Cathie with pain on the side of my left foot just two days ahead of running the London marathon. Having waited and trained for two years to run the race I was really disappointed to suffer this in the final few days beforehand. However, Cathie’s techniques really helped me – I had no pain in my foot for the whole race and managed to run in my goal of under four hours. I couldn’t be more grateful for the last minute help and amazing care I received. Thank you Cathie!
